APPLICATION DEADLINES:
- 15th of each month for the following month (no submissions for June 15th)
- Upcoming Application Deadline: Oct. 15, 2024 - proposed activity eligible start date on or after Nov. 16, 2024
- Upcoming Application Deadline: Nov. 15, 2024 - proposed activity eligible start date on or after Dec. 16, 2024
- Upcoming Application Deadline: Dec. 15, 2024 - proposed activity eligible start date on or after Jan. 16, 2025

INCLUDE WITH APPLICATION:
ATTACHMENTS:
- Activity Description: Provide a brief description of the professional development activity you wish to undertake. Include specific information on service providers, name and title of program, program website, dates, times, locations, etc. for activity requested.
- Detailed Time-Line: include both the start and end dates of the project and expected dates for key topics covered
- Specific Budget Information: requested expenses for the consultant - $580 / 4 on-line sessions @ $145 each
- Proposed Impact: Describe how the proposed activities will impact your career, with rationale for how the proposed activities will directly enhance your business and administrative capabilities.

- Consultant's professional bio & resume (provided by Stephen C. Wagner)
- Signed Letter of Commitment on letterhead from proposed consultant (provided by Stephen C. Wagner)

To receive your professional development funds through the Quick Grant program,
you will complete the required documents within 10 days of the approval date of the program.
A check will be sent or a direct deposit will be made once the required documents are received.
